It's not really that easy because I need the rank emblems to go with it. What you can do is purchase a custom rank from the Store, then you can define the affiliation, rank, and emblem.

The Magistracy of Canopus does have rank and insignia I can not speak for the others.

Do you happen to know where those rank insignia are located? If I can download them and tweak them for the forums, I can definitely add them to the available list!
