Oh yeah its wonderful. When you start kicking their butts they want to become rules lawyers and then start to get ugly and want to fight. They sound alot like the Bandwagoner Davion Supporters. Hm.. maybe this is what Camille means by Federated Munch!

while i enjoy playing any era, i choose 3025 most because a> its great training for new players, b> it holds the highest degree of difficulty, and c> it quickly removes the players from the fire wood. 
my favorite period is 3050 - 3055, the clan invasion. i've always loved the clans. cool tech, but mostly kick ass combat rules. any player not using the clan honor system, is a dizegra.

Yes... yes it does. And as I've learned the hard way. If you do decide to stay in woods that is on fire, don't unload the boat for several turns when you have ammo and THINK you'll be ok.

The big difference between 3025 players and 3050+ players:
At 14 heat a 3050+ player is thinking of ways to cool down to avoid having to make that shutdown roll again...
....and a 3025 player is thinking of what he can fire to get to 21 as 22's when the roll becomes less that 50%
