I'd forgotten how much I'd have to explain, here.
A lifetime ago I got crabby about the sizes of LRMs, and thus shrank them, as-per hobgoblin doctrine.  I only recently stopped messing with the heat of a L-AMS.
I suppose using a normal small pulse would have been a better fit with Infereuer Soviet Technology™, but oh well …
The real hang-up is the ammo-vs-armor balance: Twenty salvos and descent front'n flank armor was worth what, to whom?
All on a whopping 40-ton Vee …

Needs a trailer hitch on the back and the .04 can be used for that cargo space stuff, like BII/OVM equipment.
