Not with the 5/8/3 movement...that's been a hallmark of the Shadow Hawk since day one...but if you look at the loadout, you'll see this is actually a introtech version of the Lyran Alfar but made on the frame of the Shadow Hawk...
Besides, the SHD-2K Kuritan model Shadow Hawk mounts a PPC and a LRM-5, so the precedent is there for the 'Mech to be armed with a PPC...

I like it. I don't mind the change to a PPC, I have one that does something similar to this. I'll dig it out.
