Overview:
    A relatively simple design change, five of the Small VSP lasers are exchanged for a Heavy
    PPC, making the -N5 far more effective outside of close-quarters combat than its cousin the
    -N4 (which has 10 Small VSPs as its only weapons). However, this change effectively halves
