but I am rather upset atm.
Some players are not responding to PMs and have not for a few weeks now.
If this continues, I may have to institute a replacement policy.
I realize that the posting schedule has been unpredictable, but you still only need to check in a few times each week. If the game is uninteresting or demanding to much of your time, please just tell me so that I can remove you from the player line up. If you need to take a break for RL stuff, please just tell me so I can adjust the orders and inform your LCO. If your RL career means that you have to disappear suddenly for long periods, please just let me know.
Its cool. I can work with you. Just let me know.

Sincere apologies. My career (such as it is...) does not prevent me from doing this. Except it just did. This will probably be a one-off thing, so I should be back reliably.
And yes, in case RL swallows me again, I'll make sure to let you know.

I can't speak for the others, but I suspect that you're dealing with a mixture of work requirements and the time demands that the holidays put on most people.
I'd expect the pace to return to normal after the 1st of the year.

I am around... though I probably check the site between 2-5 times a week... I am not doing anything now so I can sub for someone. Though I have to admit, if the mech i drive is insignificant to the outcome, my attention to detail is much less. Lol.
Let me know if you need a sub.
