This is the first Battletech novel I have ever read and it will forever remain my favorite. I think the main reason for this is because it is a small unit where you can feel the pressure of survival much more than you can with books like "Operation Audacity" or "Exodus Road." (two more really good books) |

All I got to say is pretty much already pointed out by StarRaven's earlier review. The only reason why I am giving this book a higher rating is because I love the Mech simulation when McCarthy puts that girl in her place and humiliates her. |
