Overview:
    A Periphery version of the Tanto made by the Outworlds Alliance, the TTO-1R is often
    considered to be superior to the TTO-1N, though the Combine is quick to claim that a
    knockoff could never surpass "glorious Kuritan engineering". The reason for this advantage,
    real or perceived, is the use of massed Rocket Launchers instead of two Improved One-Shot
    MRMs. This allows for a 600% overall projectile volume increase if firing all launchers at
    once, as well as allowing selectively firing some off if desired. The launchers are still
    tied into a disposable gauntlet system, so the ability to ditch waste mass once expended is
    possible.

Capabilities:
    The primary weapons of the Tanto 1R are indeed its twelve Doom Blossom RL-10s, divided in
    half so that six are integrated into one jettison-able module on each arm. As a more
    permanent weapons fixture, a Lushann Redbeam Large Laser is installed in the right torso,
    fulfilling a similar role to the ER PPC seen on the 1N. Fitting all this required the loss
    of half a ton of armor, making most military analysts consider it a striker.
