One naval group would consist of 12 ships.
One destroyer with two C3 Masters as the command ship, two destroyers with single C3 Masters and nine hydrofoils with C3 slaves. That's a full network, right?
The hydrofoils act as TAG spotters for the destroyers, which carry eight Arrow IV systems apiece. Nasty business. A single group goes for 112,252,800 C-bills. That's cheaper than many heavy mech companies.
