Hola everyone,
I am wondering if anybody is interested on producing a side project with me. I am looking to start an online version of the Btech CCG game for either of these platforms:
1. Iphone
2. Facebook
3. Web-based app
Ideally, it would include a Card database along with Artwork, a Deckbuilder, single and multi play, a Money and/or points based system with rankings.
We could leverage the already great start (Artwork, content, lists, etc) provided by Mordel.net on his Deckbuilder.
I can work on the licensing.
If anyone is interested, please let me know..

I'd love an app too. The problem is finding someone who can work on it with you. While not a major task, it is still a large undertaking. If you find someone, and you need someone to help you "feel it out", let me know.

A simpler solution would be to port LackeyCCG to the iPhone... then you can play a LOT of card games. Not just BTCCG.

| I saw the lackeyCCG app, but I wasn't really excited about it. NNonetheless, it may be a last resort if I cannot find a programmer at a reasonable cost.

Well, I USE Lackey, and its actually quite nice. Sure, it has some bugs, but so do most programs

I am already using the deckbuilder with my friends thanks to Mordel.... we are going to start playing one week Poker night and the other week Btech nights (Winner takes all $$$). Should be fun.
Now I only need to take the time to scan the Crusade cards and add them to the deckbuilder.

Ok, I'm just gonna warn you that if they do it, you'll all be breaking the copyright laws since you don't have the licensing for it

Technically, it doesn't matter if you make money or not. But if you aren't making a profit and not cutting into theirs, they aren't gonna care. And they surely won't care about a game they stopped supporting years ago!

I dunno. They sent that cease and desist order to that online card game engine. Wizard can be weird like that.
I think they bogart BTCCG because it uses the same game engine [so to speak] as MagicTG.
