The planets themselves are difficult to track down, but apparently some of their stars can be seen with just binoculars.

Okay let's see...the oddball relatives in North Carolina, yeah I can send them out first, let them settle the really odd planets. Then folks from Ohio can do their thing...
So I am going to need several sleeper ships, fighters, a few division worth of small arms...(wonders off figuring out money issues, as well as manpower and supply issues...)
