Presuming Raven's mech is IS, his MPL have a range of 6. No chance against the LAM.

And even if they are Clan, his long range is 12, the ER Large Pulse has a Medium range of 15...BWAAAHAHAH!!!!

I'll have to say Raven's because of the 'You can't see me till I kill you' theme. Stealth armor and an ecm then when you want them to see you you walk out and blast them with near perfect acuracy. So you might think it just a good design but I kinda think it a munchy mech.

Stealth armor doesn`t make you invisible, it just makes you harder to hit at medium and long range, IIRC. Extra +1 M, +2 L ? And considering it only mounts IS MPLs the Stealth armor is just about useless for this mech. Put it on a long-range fighter instead of a close-range slugger. Besides, the mech`s got more weapons than it can fire without shutting down immediately.
