The speed is just average (maybe a little less), but JJs improve that. The armor is substantial and thanks to standard engine it can withstand some hits. Gauss rifle can send most lighter mechs running for cover, but heavier mechs will probably pull something ugly from their pockets to reply in kind. Secondary armament is, well, just secondary. Good Idea with Gauss in arm, not as good with streaks. Technically it's more durable, heavier and slower Hollander II.

A friend of mine constructed this with handheld weapons in mind!
Due to the pictures of 3025-Mechs with weapons in their hands we played with a set of handheld-rules long before MaxTech.
In the first game with this one he showed a 40 ton Mech running into a hangar and returning as a 55 tonner with a huge GR in his right hand!

Wow, ugly surprise would be if it was UAC/20 and someone was foolish enough to follow
With good idea I meant that mech will probably survive gauss explosion, even without CASE.

Sorry, UAC/20 wasn´t invented back in 1990!
Playing with handheld weapons was fun!
My friend had a Griffin with critical hits taking out the LRM and the PPC!
He leaped next to a shot down enemy PXH and grabbed its Large Laser! He was able to deal 3 or 4 strikes with it before his right arm was ripped off!
