In only three weeks of just normal walking between my college courses, I've lost just over 7 pounds; I thought that it would take me a full month just to lose 5.
I'm feeling better now; my gut is starting to shrink and my claves are hardening up.

It's amazing what a little exercise can do for a person. Before I started pre-training for my tour I was starting to get a little gut hanging over my belt. Then after even just two weeks of physical activity, (insane amounts of physical activity mind you), I lost all of that, got my flat stomach back, and actually put on a few pounds of muscle. Of course, now that I'm with the Headquarters unit I'm a lot less active, but, we'll see what happens.
