Overview:
    The TRC-1R "Tracker" is one of the few new designs to come out in the midst of the
    devastating Succession Wars. This 20-ton Capellan Light 'Mech is intended as an advance
    scout that can avoid danger while relaying information back to the main force, though it can
    double as a weak striker in a pinch. It is infamously made with much leniency in part
    tolerances, resulting in units that are more susceptible to internal damage. This does make
    it much cheaper to mass produce, so it is deemed acceptable by the Capellans to still be
    made despite MechWarrior protests.

Capabilities:
    Quikscell's Tracker is built on a propietary QUIK-TK standard chassis that has as many
    corners cut as possible, making it very easy to fabricate but not suited to protecting its
    internals from battle damage. It's still enough to support a Pitban 120 fusion engine as
    well as 3 tons of Ceres Light standard armor. Electronics consist of a Basix 150 comms
    system and a Ceres Bullseye targeting & tracking system, and cooling is provided by 10
    standard heat sinks.
    
    The Tracker's only anti-BattleMech weapons are two Ceres Arms Medium Lasers, one installed
    in each arm. These are just enough for it to do some damage so it can get itself out of a
    bad spot. It can also fight infantry with a head-mounted Gatling 20mm Machine Gun, which has
    one ton of ammo split between the left and right torsos.
