Overview:
    Wallis Inc was awarded the contract to put an updated Banshee into production as part of the
    Free Worlds League's reunification efforts, although it is not known yet if this is having
    the desired effect on public opinion in the Regulan Fiefs that is hoped the units that have
    received the BNC-4M so far are more than happy with the effort.

Capabilities:
    When looking for another design to put into production in the assault weight class the FWLM
    decided that the BNC-3Mr could be improved on and would fit well as a close assault design
    in the leagues assault lances.

Deployment:
    As a new variant of an existing design the BNC-4M has not spread very far, with the first
    examples of the design being distributed to the Regulan Hussars and Free Worlds Guards.
