Overview:
    Urbanmech UM-X29 is designed to use Medium Lasers that the Great Houses have sold off, or
    given to Mercenary units as part of payments for missions instead of C-Bills. This Variant
    of the Urbanmech Features both Speed and Firepower. It can Easily protect any city in which
    its garrisoned and can actually survive outside its element for long periods of time. Though
    it lack Ballistic weaponry, its Medium Lasers, ER Small Lasers, ER Medium Laser, Double Heat
    sinks, and Targeting Computer make this Urbanmech a Deadly contender in almost any arena its
    placed in. The Distinctive advantage of laser weaponry is that this Garrison Mech does not
    need ammo or a Supply line.

Capabilities:
    Unlike almost all Urbanmechs, this variant is Garrison-independent. Meaning that it does not
    have to reload any kind of ammo. Its MechWarrior does not need to be worried about ammo cook
    off (explosions), but does need to monitor Heat Build up. This Mech was designed with
    appendage loss in mind. Only two of its many weapons are located in the arms, and two of its
    four jump jets are located in the side Torso locations.

Deployment:
    The few UM-X29's are currently being fielded by the Steel Scorpion Mercenary company.
    Current field data indicates a some issues with excessive heat, and prolonged component
    exposure to high heat levels.
