Overview:
    Designed to be a close-range brawler that is still able to contribute to the fight while it
    closes with the enemy, the TDR-11M differs substantially from the traditional roles
    associated with the Thunderbolt.

Capabilities:
    Based upon the TDR-9M, this 'Mech retains the LRM 15 launcher and CASE of its predecessor,
    but radically changes the rest of the -9M's weaponry. The Light Gauss Rifle in the Right Arm
    is swapped out for a Snub-Nose PPC, to deal high damage up close and personal for a reduced
    tonnage. The most significant aspect of the overhaul is the replacement of the three ER
    Medium Lasers with an AC/20, mounted in the Left Torso. To accomplish this, the jump jets
    are sacrificed, the armour is upgraded to Light Ferro Fibrous (while still providing the
    same amount of protection) and the Magna 260 Standard Engine is upgraded to a Light Fusion
    model. While the -11M would benefit greatly from having Jump Jets (especially since it is a
    close-range fighter) the huge close-range stopping power of the AC/20 and Snub-Nose PPC
    combined makes up for it, especially since the 'Mech carries enough ammunition to keep the
    autocannon firing continuously for two and a half minutes, more than most LRM-boats can
    sustain their missile fire. This is located in the Right Torso along with the LRM rounds,
    both of which benefit from CASE protection.
