Overview:
    The Ranger is based on the Enforcer style mech from the Federated Suns. It was designed to
    be a raider mech able to operate behind enemy lines for extended periods of time.
    Specifications called for a well armed and armored mech that could operate undetected. It
    also was equipped as a spotter for incoming artillery strikes on select targets.

Capabilities:
    Because of its mission parameters operating behind enemy lines it has the Guardian ECM to
    help evade enemy detection. When it does engage the enemy it needs to make all of it's
    firepower count, thus it relies on it's Targeting Computer to help eliminate enemy targets
    quickly and efficiently. It was provided maximum armor to survive extended periods as well
    as enough heat sinks to fire its main weapons while on the run. The TAG system provides
    artillery support to select targets and areas.
