Overview:
    Imported from Emergency War Refits Complete by Steve Cross.
    
    Brand new and undertaking a true Trial by Fire in the white heat of Tukayyid, one Star of
    the Jade Falcon?s latest assault
    mech were deployed as part of the 305th Assault Cluster for the battle testing the four
    available Configs against a real
    opponent. Although the Mech was very well received for its firepower and surprising agility
    thanks to its jump jets, the
    Prime Config did get some negative reports. During the battle one of the two Prime?s
    deployed suffered an ammunition
    explosion when a clip of autocannon rounds jammed in the shoulder, trying to free them the
    Warrior managed to set off
    the AC rounds which flashed into the LRM ammunition. The explosion crippled the Mech and
    destroyed its arm and
    forced its withdrawl. The other Prime also had jamming issues with its autocannons and
    although there was no
    explosion, routing the ammunition below the LRM and its ammunition was seen as a major flaw.
    The paired
    autocannons would be removed and replaced with a single M-7 Gauss rifle, fed by a revolving
    magazine in the arm to
    eliminate any jamming issues. The extra free weight saw each LRM-15 now equipped with 2-tons
    of ammunition whilst
    an ECM was added to protect the Mech against hostile electronics. Tested again in Trials the
    Gauss Rifle was found to be
    trouble free and this variant was approved for use as the numbers of Turkina?s started to
    slowly climb despite having to
    be imported from the Homeworlds.
