Overview:
    The Riot mech was designed for riot control. The mech was easy to repair and could be easily
    modified. It appears similar to the Clan's Cougar though it was built first.

Capabilities:
    The machine guns were mounted in boxes on either side of the mech. These boxes acted as
    arms. The large laser was use to destroy vehicles at a distance. The Riot mech never leaves
    the city.
