Overview:
    Seeing the iconic Thor omnimech of the clans during Operation Revival certainly left a mark
    on the Inner Sphere. Even nearly a century later, the heavy omnimech is used as a yardstick
    for cavalry mechs. Viewing the case in a whole new light, StarCorps has launched the
    Sorceror, a heavy battlemech with unprecedented mobility.

Capabilities:
    Combining improved Jumpjets- despite the extra weight and bulk- with a large Partial wing
    assembly, the SCR-001 is capable of a shocking 210m in a single jump. Combined with a triple
    strength myomer musculature that also enhances groundspeed, even light scouts are in danger
    from this new opponent.
    
    Offensively, the Sorceror relies on a mix of energy weapons. A heavy PPC backed by an array
    of lasers provides a solid pnch at all ranges, while eleven double heatsinks allow a steady
    rate of fire.

Deployment:
    StarCorps markets the Sorceror in as many market segemnts as possible, but the majority of
    sales have come from League territory. The mix of League, Lyran, Capellan, and clan forces
    in conflict ensure a strong demand for battlemechs.
