I almost had tears in my eyes when I saw the picture on this box set. This was my first intro to the world of Battletech. Severly outdated, I know, but a must have for ANY battletech enthusiast. Reading the fiction in the sidebars of the rule book made me hunger to know more about the BT universe. The artwork didn't hurt my eyes, either. The little cardboard stand ups are a far cry from the mini's that are available, but are sufficient to get you started. all in all, a very good introduction to the World of Battletech |
