Tossing out a few NPC ideas for the campaign. I'd appreciate it if I could get some feedback.

Galaxy Commander Chisuno Snuka
Snuka is what could charitably be described as racist and ethnocentric. As far as he's concerned, only a blood-named warrior within the Jade Falcon ranks is worthwhile as a soldier. He will give token respect to blood-named warriors from other Clans, but that's as far as it goes. Even then, he typically has no respect for solahma units and regards everyone within them as expendable. As a symbol of his arrogance, he won his Turkina B from a trial against a trainee when he discovered that the mech was more potent than the one he himself was driving at the time.
His racism and ethnocentrism go so far that he would gladly see an entire solahma binary get mauled for the sake of keeping a single omnimech out of freebirth hands. He also wears a suicide vest whenever in any sort of combat; this vest contains enough explosives to not only kill himself but also to obliterate the controls inside his cockpit and kill anyone who tries to pry him out of it.
If the party does succeed in capturing him, it will be considerably difficult for him to cooperate at first. He will attempt escape or suicide at each opportunity, and if possible will attempt sabotage in the process. However, taking him alive will be a major PR coup for the party, gaining each party member involved +1 reputation.
Star Commander Gaddes
Although Gaddes had the ambition to be a high-ranking mechwarrior, she didn't have the drive to do so honorably. When she earned the status of mechwarrior in her trial of position, she promptly engineered a conflict that resulted in her star commander defeating or killing her star mates in an assortment of trials; once her commander was finished, said commander was so exhausted that Gaddes defeated her easily.
From then on, Gaddes seemingly had a free ride so long as she could find a higher-level officer who would put up with her toadying. When she encountered Chisuno Snuka, however, things came to a crashing halt. Believing her to have no honor, he challenged her to a trial which he promptly won. Since then, she's been relegated to leading a solahma star. Her favored tactic is to have her star mates run ahead of her as a security screen while she stays back and snipes with her Bane's UAC/2s; while officially this is due to her playing up her mech's advantage, in reality it's a matter of her not wanting to get close to the action.
If Gaddes is captured alive, she'll gladly become a bondwoman to whoever in the party will have her. She'll go out of her way to impress, up to and including forsaking her Falcon heritage and her status as a mechwarrior. So long as she seems to be in the good graces of her captor, she'll do anything asked of her. However, her treachery won't go unnoticed by any other Clan warriors taken as bondsmen / women; they will attempt to upstage or even attack her whenever possible.

Point Commander Rushan
An aging Elemental, Rushan was one of the first Falcons on the ground during the invasion of the Inner Sphere 10 years ago. Since then, he's led at least one point of Elementals in battle after battle.
Unfortunately, however, fate has not been kind to him; his blood name has had few openings, and on those rare instances to where one has become available he has not been able to return in time to take part in the proceedings. As such, rather than achieve the status he deserves due to his experience, he is instead stuck training new Elementals who have recently obtained field status.
Rushan is a reasonably professional warrior, and will behave with honor and dignity. If captured alive, he will relent peaceably so long as he is afforded due respect and status. He can also be brought in as a peacemaker between the party and any other bonded Falcon warriors, but there is no love lost between him, Chisuno Snuka (who he regards as too arrogant for his own good), and Gades (who he regards as a sell-out) and so there is little he can do with them. Additionally, due to his raw size he can only either operate an Elemental suit or a large Battlemech; he simply cannot fit in anything else.
