==Overview:==
The Crockett's mission is as simple as it is revolutionary: its purpose is to
go and deliver a light mech, tank, or aerospace fighter (up to 35 tons) to the
surface of a planet. 

Due to the Crockett's small size, it can be stored in the small craft bay of
many jumpships and so does not take up a docking collar. Yet at the same time,
the Crockett can potentially turn the tide of battle by dropping a single
commando unit right where it's needed most. Additionally, a bay equivalent to
steerage on a civilian ship provides the crew member or members of the cargo
vehicle with a place to rest before the drop, allowing them to be refreshed. 

The ship is modestly armed, having an array of medium and small lasers plus a
pair of machine guns to protect itself from hostile units. It also has a
complement of three marines in the event that the ship is boarded.

However, the Crockett has some drawbacks. Among other things, the armor is
fairly thin for its class. Additionally, the Crockett has no long-range
weapons; an opponent who knows enough to stand back and snipe can easily
cripple or kill a Crockett. 

Only time will tell if the experiment that is the Crocket proves to be
successful.

One suggestion, strip 3 points per wing and add it to the rear armor.

I would take only 2 points from the wings. This would improve rear damage treshold to 6 as well, but the wings would still have 8 (the treshold is 10% rounded up, so 7.1 = teshold 8). By reducing the wing armor to 70 you would force the shuttle to roll for crits when hit to wing by IS large lasers.
