What do you think?

I tested this in MegaMek against random configs of Blackjack Omni, along with a MAD-3R and a few others. Killed the Marauder in the first turn using the B config (ammo explosion).

==Overview:==
In the process of gearing up their production lines on the southern continent
of Arc-Royal, Clan Wolf-in-Exile began producing the Arctic Wolf BattleMech as
a dry run for an OmniMech to be based on the same general design. Now that
it's been proven that no flaws exist in the factories, the Clan has began
production of that OmniMech, the Winter Wolf.

The Winter Wolf is extremely similar to its predecessor, to the point that
they can share many spare parts. They're even difficult to tell apart, though
a trained eye at a short distance can spot the differences. The Winter Wolf,
however, is more heavily armored - by almost 30% -  than the Arctic Wolf. Not
only does the Winter Wolf use the superior ferro-fibrous armor, it carries a
full ton more of it.

==Capabilities:==
The Winter Wolf maintains the Arctic Wolf's maximum speed of nearly 120 kph, as well as its thin, hard-to-hit profile. To this, it adds heavier armor, a
longer weapons range, and the adaptability of an OmniMech.

Unlike many 'Mechs of similar tonnage, the Winter Wolf's configurations tend
towards heavy firepower and weapons. Combining these with the 'Mech's high speed creates a deadly opponent to 'Mechs of similar tonnage, and a credible threat to heavier machines.

The Winter Wolf's Primary configuration is similar to the Arctic Wolf. The
Prime mounts seven Streak SRM 4 launchers, as well as enough ammunition to savage multiple opponents. The heavier Streak launchers lower the Prime's maximum damage output, but significantly increase the 'Mech's consistency in combat - every missile fired will hit. In addition, the Streak launchers have a 30% range increase, while the smaller number of launchers significantly eases the heat problems suffered by the Arctic Wolf.

Configuration A serves as a medium scout, in a role similar to that of the
Shadow Cat Prime, referred to by some as "proactive scouting." An active probe helps the 'Mech find the enemy, while an ECM suite protects it from advanced targeting systems, enhancing survivability. The extended-range large lasers, supported by extra heat sinks and an advanced targeting computer, allow the A to destroy any light targets it finds, even at long range.

Configuration B mounts a massive 20 class Ultra autocannon in its right arm,
along with more ammunition than most Clan OmniMechs mount with the same weapon. This is a terrifyingly heavy weapon to find on such a light 'Mech, easily capable of destroying machines of similar tonnage in one or two salvos. Given the Winter Wolf's speed, the B can also be used against heavy 'Mechs, taking advantage of their sluggishness and light rear armor before they can react. Supporting the autocannon are only two ER medium lasers, leaving the 'Mech vulnerable once it exhausts its ammunition.

Configuration C adds jump jets to the chassis, allowing the Winter Wolf to
leap a distance of over 200 meters. The C is intended to hunt 'Mechs of
similar or lesser tonnage in close environments - usually urban areas,
mountainous terrain, or dense forest. Its weapons are lighter than most Winter Wolf configurations - six medium pulse lasers and a flamer to deal with infantry. The accuracy of the pulse lasers helps the C against the fast light and medium 'Mechs which it is intended to destroy. An active probe is also mounted, so that no targets can hide.

Configuration D serves as long-range fire support for light and medium stars.
The D pairs an ER large laser with the largest available type of Clan Coyote's
new advanced tactical missile system. The ATM system's flexibility allows it
to remain a potent threat even when the enemy closes, and the D carries four
tons of ammunition to ensure an ample supply of missiles at all ranges. The
large laser is linked to a targeting computer for greater precision.

==Deployment==
The first Winter Wolves are being deployed to the First Wolf Strike
Grenadiers. Other front line clusters will follow as new 'Mechs are produced.

The fluff is very well done. I would say after looking over things it's not a bad setup on any of the configs. I would need to run it a few times myself to give you a detailed evaluation though.
