Overview:
Mother's Milk is a heavily modified Marauder, constructed to be piloted by Mark Stonkin's younger son, Caleb. Built to withstand punishment and dish it out, Mother's Milk is deadly, especially when piloted in the fierce manner Caleb Stonkin has become known for.

Capabilities:
Stonkin used Ground Zero's mech facilities to heavily modify the standard Marauder chasis. The Autocannon was replaced with a third PPC, two additional medium lasers were mounted in the center torso, and jumpjets were added as well. The heatsink count was raised to 17 double heatsinks. The mech is also outfitted with the advanced Angel ECM and Bloodhound Active probe, which come in handy for many of Stonkin's mission profiles. after reinforcing the internel structure, and mounting an oversized XL engine, the total weight of the mech was raised to 85 tons, ten more than the original design.

Configuration / Variants:
Mother's Milk is a one time conversion for the Marauder. No others are being built.

Battle History:
Caleb has piloted Mother's Milk to great effect with minimal damage to the mech itself in several key clandestine missions as well as in an arena match against a mechwarrior from the Vampire stables. When he took the mecch out for its first test run, he made the comment"Sweet as mother's milk" and the name stuck ever since. Recently however, the mech and pilot were MIA in a mission within Nova Cat held territory. Caleb's brother John has mounted a search and rescue, but confidence is low on the success of the attempt.

Deployment:
Caleb is commanding officer of 1st Lance 3rd Company"Stonkin's Revolvers" in the mercenary unit Stonkin Mechs, Inc

Hrmm...after reading a review on Solaris VII, I decided to take another look at the Mother's Milk. I could drop the bloudhound, a heatsink, drop armor to 14 tons, and it would be back at 75 tons total. Would still run pretty hot the way the pilot tends to run his machine, but should be ok.

level 3 equipment that I would rather spare
for some lighter machines.

Overview:
"Mother's Milk" is a Marauder modification that Mark Stonkin commisioned for his younger son Caleb for his first command. Caleb was so enamorred with the mech he has since refused any changes to the machine, and has turned downed assignments that would not allow him to pilot the Marauder.

Capabilities:
Stonkin first replaced the standard engine of the original MAD-3R with and Xl version. This freed up weight to add jump jets to the mechs legs. He also removed the autocannon and mounted a third PPC in its place,and also installed two extra medium lasers up under the cockpit. The heatsinks have been changed out for double heatsinks and the count raised to 17. A Gaurdian probe has been tucked away under the left torso to better fit many of the missions the mech would be deployed on. (Note: with 14.5 tons of armor, that left 1 armor point unallocated)

Configuration / Variants:
This is a conversion of the MAD-3R using more advanced technology than the original.

Battle History:
Caleb has piloted his mech to great effect, on about a dozen missions so far, and against a grudge match with the Vampires stable in the outer Solaris VII arena known as the Mountain. When Caleb took the mech out for it's first test run, he was quoted as saying of the performance"Sweet as mother's milk" the name has stuck ever since. Caleb and his mech have since gone MIA however, after a clandestine mission into Clan Nova Cat held territory. His older brother John has sinced mounted a search and rescue.
