life? lol i don't know, but i can not but help and laugh at the police. he is not doing anything illegal ... i mean common, he was washing the wall selectively. lol. how do you write that one up as: illegal refacing of public property?

How many times I saw a dirty car with pigs and writings added all around by kids and various "neighbours"...

It looks like it took a bunch of brain to figure "not a chargeable offense". A call went in to the "washers" department as soon as the watch Lt. got back to the office tho'
