I just started using these in real pheriphery type situations. No cost or BV. Always kind of liked the idea. The stuff in Dark Age gave me ideas but I did not like it. Then I saw the new motorized infantry minis Iron Winds put out at Origins, man I was blown away and had to find a way to utilize them. Standard vehicle rules would just not work.
A couple of my players have barfed, saying way to Dark Age. But these are not to be used as typical combat units. They will not survive, but more pirates, bandits, rouge lords.
Motorcycle Rules
Use Battle Armor Rules for targeting, firing, and damage. Move like normal vehicles and use Mech firing arcs. Motorcycle units count as infantry for stacking purposes. They can not physical attack but can be physical attacked. They can not enter defended buildings, normal move modifiers for going through them. Movement restrictions are same as the motive type of regular vehicles. Area affect weapons like artillery affect all elements in the unit.

Armor: 6
Weapon: GyroJet
Range 1/2-4/5-9
Damage: 1
Tracked Trike- 5 Elements
Move: 6/9
Armor: 4
Weapon: MG
Range: 1/2/3
Damage: 2
Wheeled Trike- 5 Elements
Move: 6/9
Armor: 4
Weapon: Laser
Range: 1/2/3
Damage: 2
Cycle- 6 Elements
Move: 8/12
Armor 3
Weapon: Missle
Range: 1-2/3-4/5-6
Damage: 2
Hover Sled- 4 Elements
Move 10/15
Armor 3
Weapon: Laser
Range: 1-2/3-4/5
Damage: 3
Secondary- 2 Grenade Launchers loaded with any ammo- Smoke, Frag, Incendiary-
AWAD- The precious juice was in the barrels.
