An attempt to optimize the old AS7-D by addressing two of its' bigger flaws: reliance on only one long-range weapon (with limited ammo) and limited ammunition for its' big short-range gun.

It would be hard for me to convince myself that this is Atlas, but it may work fine. PPCs pack sufficient punch to prevent the enemies from ignoring you and short range punch isn't low, but it looks a bit more like weapons mix found on Stalker. For some reason it reminds me of BNC-3S Banshee.

I have one small suggestion drop half the MG ammo for a third MG that would still leave you with 33 rounds per gun and reduce the damage from an ammo explosion and add some close in fire power with out adding to the heat load. If you mount it in the head you have a nice crit soaker too.
