Anyone heard something (Looking for official info) about this mech?

In TRO 3055 Upgrades is Peregrine (Horned Owl) 4 (ATMs and ER med) and it's variant (2 ER LLs an HML) fluff marks it as a variant of Peregrine 4, so I take it that it's Pergrine 5, but then where is the Peregrine 3 variant?
