It would be nice. But unfortionatly the Outland Alliance does not possess that technology. The OLA has developed Star League technoligy. Some things it developed further like small and madium ER lasers which it had about the same time as the Clans others like LBX autocannon were dropped completely. Some Tech has differant names for instance the OLAs Arrow IV equivalent is known as the Frog (Free Rocket Over Ground) Most of the weapon developement has been in small sized equipments.

Well, I rated it as some IS house mech, because there is nothing about technology or Outland Alliance in the fluff. From tech used I took it as some 3060 speedy mech (it may even be an omni).
