With your use of Double heat sinks and the PPC w/capaitor you are defeating the point of having TSM on this mech.
Your other weapons are a Streak SRM and a Large Laser. Unless the Streak hits your heat is not really giving the TSM that much to work with.
Also why did the DCMS want this built? What are they going to do with it and where is it going to see combat?
The XL is nice that it gives the 80 ton mech nice speed, but it's still got the added problem of hits to the torso will cap this mech fast.
I haven't but the mech into HMPro or TDB yet, but is there enough space for all of this crit wise?

There is enough room. Barely. I used every single slot. I used TDB to make this puppy.
As for why they made it, DC didn't... a Member of the DC Military did. He found an old Hatamoto-chi amd modified it.
As for the why of the PPCw/C, 20 DHS, and TSM, it's so that the pilot can use a number of the weapons, get the TSM effect for using the sword (18 damage per hit), and not lose too much to overheating. Tho to be honest I haven't had a chance to playtest this guy. Any advice is welcome. If anyone want's to play-test it, go ahead.

| On the turn that you charge the capicitor wont that throw off your heat for getting TSM? You could always turn off heat sinks.
