Besides Katherine, yes I know, I know, she will get her trial and then it's the firing squad...though I think a visit from the Turk, aka impalment, would be a better and more fitting justice for her, which of the other main characters will die before this civil war is over?

I've heard rumors that some younger sibling of Victor's might take the throne. This is only possible if ol' Vic dies.

Why? If Vic actually keeps his word for a change, he has already claimed he doesn't want the thrones if he gets Katherine off of them...so why is it only possible if he dies? A good portion of the public sentiment is already against him taking either of the thrones anyways...

I think Morgan Kell will be soon because of the threats he made against Kathrine when they last met.
His ARDC is a direct slap at her authority. What with her recent victories against Victor and his popular uprising she may feel it is time to deal with a few threats that are 'closer to home'.

I don't want to see Morgan killed off, but if you look at the life expectantcy of older hard line characters, those that set the tone for the current universe, and then try to postulate that forward to the , (shudder), MW:DA timeframe, there are certainly some characters that must be elimated to bring this about.
In the begining, Kathrine was so sly and cleaver, never even allowing a hint of her being involved to surface. Always insuring several layers between her and any action she had perpetrated.
Only since she took the throne has she become sloppy. And openly vindictive. Her dealings with any unit of the FC weither regular house troops or mercenary that are even suspected of non-Kathrine sympithies, (sorry my spelling sucks), are proof enough of this.
Morgan controls one of the elite of the elite mercenary units in the IS. He has used this to set of his own fiefdom, in the disquise of protecting the LA, (before anyone blasts me for this, I know that he did this to protect the regions citizens from the depraviations of Kathrine on his belief of her involvement in the death of both Melissa and his wife).
He personally threatend Kathrine when he told her that if he ever found out she had anything to do with the death of his wife he would kill her. Kathrine has shown in the past that she does not take kindly to such affronts. With her recent victories against Victor she is now feeling more secure and perhaps its time to clean house.
Some people will point to the WIE as a break to that kind of housecleaning but if she used Vlad or even 'manufactured' an excuse to unleash the AFFS on the ARDC... well this is my look on things.

I think Theodore will be next in line. I mean he's already had an atempt on his life, and Victor thinks the person that killed Omi is still on Luthen. Not that I would like to see Theodore killed off.
