Designed for for short deadly trails perfered by most clan warriors. The Ice Hawk was well suited for the job. But clan Star Adder saw more than a fighter. With it's speed and long jumps. It could be used for a wide range of tasks.

This variant found it slot in hunting down enemy recons. The pluse laser give it the accuracy it needs. and the ATMs provide a long range fire and a short range damage that should stop most recons.

B variant was very well suited for city and canyon fighting. The small pluse lasers and the ATM 12 provide in close damage.

C variant was made for long range fire support. With it's speed It could reach any point in the battle the commander needed quickly and provide long range fire support.

The last on the Ice Hawk variants. This is the most dangerous and the verstile. The LRMs give it a good long range damage. and the heavy laser provide a deadly short range punch. Combined. It makes a long range support mech that is tough for the enemy to dislodge. and able to provide a close it fighting once the ammo runs dry.

i would have taken the c variant and worked lg pulse lasers into the design, i like the prime as well. thje c variant reminds me of a p-hawk on steriods. in my opintion this is a good chassis

The bugs are what give it character. They teach the Mechwarrior his and its limitations. It also teaches creative ways of solving problems....
