The WW2 tank come to mind the Stuart? Sent to the British in Africa. The one the british had a hard time repairing becaus the american screws and British screws were in compatible. the U.S. set up a "british" production line to solve the problem.
If possible how about dropping the AC5's and putting in a UAC10 and add some more ammo in the free space? If more armor could be added, that wouldn't hurt.

Actually, I designed the tank as a feasibility test. My intent was to see how well a combo of an AC/5 and a large SRM 6 rack would work on a tank. (The idea was that anyone who tried to close to within the minimum range of the Autocannon would be staring down an SRM 6 rack, which by the older set of rules is suicide for light vehicles.)

To heavy and slow. Versus a Veddette you get a SRM 6 and 3 more MGs. Not worth it. No drop the MGs, reduce the 6 to a 4, and drop some armor you get a AC/10 instead of a AC/5. That would inspire more fear and your massed checap tank idea would spread fear.
AWAD- The Bulldog is a classic mech that inspired fear in numbers

I'll take a peek at that idea. However, the main reason that I chose that engine rating was that there was a factory (that GM plant) that was producing them and which I couldn't find a vehicle that it was being used on.
