Overview:
    A Dark Age-era, Clan-tech refit of the classic Raven, mounting an updated electronics suit
    and boasting improved speed and firepower.  Of course, this comes at a cost of 8 million
    C-bills, which many see as excessively expensive for a light 'Mech of any sort.

Variants:
    Raven IIC (Standard):  The original Raven IIC, equipped with three ATM-3 launchers with
    three tons of ammunition, as well as just two Improved Heavy Medium Lasers as opposed to the
    second version's three.  It mounted a Watchdog CEWS in place of the separate Bloodhound
    Probe and Angel ECM Suite of its successor, limiting its support capabilities somewhat;
    however, it did mount seven jump jets for superior mobility over the later model. It also
    had less efficiently distributed armoring.
