If I may comment as a 3D designer myself?
I very much like the design, especially the head. It is actually quite cool.
But, I would say that I would beef up some portions of the mech. The Hips and the arms are the biggest ones. Just make them bigger!
For the Rotary AC and the Snubbie, I would look at the arm of the Cuirass and the Vindicator respectively. Maybe even do a Vindicator arm that was "Chopped Off" just like a snub nose is described as.
I'd also likely increase the size of the SRMs a bit, just to make them look more imposing. If you don't have enough room to make the 2x2 pattern fit, make them offset in a zig-zag pattern.
Any which way, cool mech, and nice art!

Thanks for the feedback! 
About the arms: I was trying to emulate the Loki, Thor and classic Marauder arm pods. I think I succeeded, but yeah, they're awfully thin.
About the hips: yeah, don't know, something's not working 
About the RotaryAC: I was trying to make a low-caliber gun. To me, the Cuirass' gunpod is too big for a RAC/2. But that's just my take on the subject *shrug*. The Snubbie was just a case of using a generic gunpod... TheSRMs: yeah, something
