I like it as a mech. I have never quite liked an Awesome with anything but 3 guns (preferably PPCs). But its a good variant.

3 guns big guns, nasty firepower, heat efficient all are good. The downsides are SRM, also loved the old Awesome as it was one of the few you never feared an ammo boom for. Also why are we attempting to make it faster. The Awesome is for awesome firepower, she will never have awesome speed. I would never take this over the 4 PPC modern version, heck, probably wouldn't take it over the slower original.
