Its ok.

Given the TSM, DHS, and CASE you are looking at if not a full factory refit, at least a facility refit.

In addition, you might as well drop the MGs for SPLs.

I'd have also put the ERSL in the HD and not the arm and the 3rd ERML in the arm not the head.

Instead of the ERML and ERSL, why not add a BAP? Increase its scout roll a bit.

One thing that I don't like is when a mech has all of its weapons in its arms.

For these mechs, making them armless means that you've effectively made them harmless; all they can do is physical attacks, and odds are that they're going to get slagged before they can really do all that much this way.

Stick a weapon in the torso or even the head, however (which the mech was meant for anyway, as the original VF series of Veritechs all had head-mounted lasers), and the mech can at least fight back while it jogs to the repair bay.

I agree with this sentiment 100% and had it happen to me this weekend and I actually made the exact same remarks!
