| Basically you have two identical rifles that are placed next to each other. Their bullets using the principles of rifling rotate in opposite and equal reactions that cancel each other out. The muzzles can be turned to be a little closer to each other so that when the bullets exit them the bullets crash into each other to stop each other if they don't hit intended target. This would work good to help try to avoid accidental shootings of people who are out of sight and in range.

This is pointless in the extreme. A good rifle can already shoot a quarter at a mile. And if it CAN'T, its the fault of the shooter, not the rifle. Not to mention the fact that its serious overkill and will do a lot of unnecessary damage to the animal. Its an extremely dumb idea and I will never own one if any company is dumb enough to produce them.
I mean, seriously, there are (unconfirmed, but quite likely true) reports of snipers in Vietnam and other places making head shots at ranges as far as 2 1/2 miles. All it takes is a good shooter and a well made rifle. You don't need any stinking "torque cancellation". Not to mention the recoil. Makes me remember the 4 gauge elephant gun I shot. Damn near tore my arm off.

Ay idea what can two bullets cause if they collide just when they leave the barrel?

Two bullets crashing into the other wouldn't "stop each other" but transform themselves to dangerous ricochets with unpredictable behaviour!

Exactly 
This thing is a nonsense. Two barrels on a hunting rifle are there to allow firing two rounds in quick succession, improving the chance to hit a quick moving target, that tries to evade by rapid changes of movement directions.
