There are two mechs on the field. Mech A and Mech B

Mech A is on a level 4 hill. With a level 5 in front of him.

Mech B is on level 1. 7 hexs away from Mech A.

The hill Mech A is on. slopes down to level 0 is five hexes.

Does Mech A have LOS to Mech B?

Yes, and Mech A has partial cover.
