This one's a little unoriginal, but I think it works. Up close it can hold its' own against the more common light 'mechs (Stingers, Locusts, Wasps), and even some of the more uncommon ones (Valkyrie, Spider, Mongoose, Hermes). At a distance, it can even take out Commandos, Javelins and the like (anything that moves slower than it does and lacks a LRM of its' own).

Decent design. It is an Lvl 1 of some others like the Hammer and Anubis I think.
Speed is good enough to close on a Stinger and fast enough to stay away from a Commando.
If it had fluff then this design would be worth keeping around.
