A fleet-support destroyer with a strong aerospace arm (2 squadrons) and a mostly energy-based load out. It may not throw out the damage like some other ships, but it's faster than most ships of the time and it has the reach to stay at extreme range. The NACs aren't supposed to be used in fleet engagements, but rather as orbital artillery for support of ground operations.

These are my suggested changes. Most are simply my own design opinion [ex: single, dual, tri, and quad standard weapon bays vs 5 or more weapons bays]
If you are not using T missiles or barracudas you should always use the AR10 over the standard launcher. Flexibility and all.
I rearranged the LL placement, reduced secondary crew, and up'd the HS to allow all for/aft side arcs to fire along with the AR10 with 0 heat. Simply drop a NL or NPPC out of the fire rotation to fire more PPCs.
