Hey guys I have a (probably)stoopid question, but why can't I find the ppc capacitor on the equipment list in the design submission section? Am I blind?

it is not located there, it may be included in the future, no word on when.

Hope the snub-nosed Long Tom cannon turns up at some point too. I've got a nice little fire support mech using one.

I only recently started adding some of the Level 3 equipment. Not much is there yet, and the site re-design is taking up most of my time. So you most likely won't see any additional Lvl 3 stuff until after the site is upgraded to it.
