While sitting in the cockpit of a mech they seem to be cute (maybe not if you´re sitting in a Hussar at one hex!!) but a infantry trooper ending up on the wrong side maybe wouldn´t call it that way! 
(Ok, if part of a full platoon he would blast it away but not without loosing up to 24 comrades!)

Actually it's IS 1938 item, but otherwise it's perfect (almost )
Katyushas were meant to be used en-masse as land scrapping tool (preferably scraping the enemy with the ground underneath). Fielding four of these instead of one BA squad doesn't seem like bad idea for a periphery power to me.

I´ve constructed this before as a 5 ton trailer to be towed by a 5 ton Jeep (Didn´t know exactly where this Jeep come from but i know that it was an official design). I took RL 15 ´s only because of that vehicle item limit!
