That's exactly the thing it was built for. For a short while it can throw pretty scaring amount of missiles toward the enemy, thanks to the DHSs. I think that Marians can devote some money to making mech that can be used to provide suppressing firepower equal to assault mech for one decisive strike. For unprepared enemy it can be nasty surprise, but the mech is one trick pony. And if you compare it to Taurian 6W (6W2 costs some 500,000 more, but...). It would be useful in larger battles and thanks to the amount of armor it carries there is pretty high probability of redeployment. If the opponent wants to send this mech to hells than needs to devote a lot of firepower to accomplish this, so he must concentrate firepower and leave your other mechs alone and if he isn't successful than he will face the missile beast again.
