Well, the mech is based on already existing design. It's well made upgrade, but it doesn't do anything new. It's very sensitive refit of old fav of mine with clan tech and solid fluff behind it, but I want to have some reserves for mechs that I really like and those that "caught my eye". It's hard to describe but sometimes I really like mech for no clear reason, despite the flaws it may have. For my designs I wouldn't rate most of them above 3.5 (maybe even not above 3 ) but I like many of them (not all) just because...
