Just in case anyone else noticed. They're is a Cicada in 3025 with this movement profile and a PPC.

So its slower than the A/B model Cicadas, but not the C model Cicada.

Oh, I tend to recall "stock" 3A model when someone mentions Cicada and than the others (if I recall them at all)
