How would you update the Butcher

Structure: ES (2LL, 2RL, 6RT, 4RA )
Engine: 320 Light
Gyro: 4t
HS: 11 DHS
replace PPC with ER-PPC
replace AC/20 with UAC/20
increase AC/20 ammo to 4 tons (UAC/20 ammo of course!)
add a CASE to LT
Has to be a new factory variant because of ES, Light engine and 4t-gyro!

one ton of AC ammo (1t)
PPC either to ER PPC or LPL (with LPL it would be possible to remove two DHSs and upgrade forward firing lasers to pulse) or leave alone.
sniper (very simple mod)
17 HS
Gauss instead of AC (1 t)
13 t FF armor (- 1.5 t)
CASE LT (0.5t)
(maybe ER PPC if you don't mind some heat)

A 3050 upgrade.
11 DHS.
Max standard armor.
+1 med laser.
+1 ton AC ammo.
Artemis IV.
Guardian ECM.
CASE.
PPC to ER PPC.
I see this as a late 3040s (Clan Invasion) upgrade. Quick, few changes, but still an increase in effectiveness. It has a few heat problems, but no too badly. I considered an LBX, but they're not available then, and I like the idea of a flipping AC/20.

This is the first refit of the Butcher mech this simple field
refit kit changes the AC 20 to an Ultra type AC 20 the PPC
is upgraded to ERPPC as is the rear facing Md laser the
heat sinks are swapped for double strength coolers (11)
while the lrm and forward facing Md lasers are untouched
The final addition allowed by the the upgrade to
Ferro-Fibrous and change to double heat sinks is the
addition of Case and a Guardian ECM suite to the left
torso. This package vastly improves the mechs already
tough shell and protects the pilot.

First Lyran UAC/20 was available around 3059, otherwise no problems with that.

This comes pretty close to still keeping its name as the butcher and still being simple to build..
